Licensed Real Estate Broker/ Founder of Shabbir Realty Inc is a native of Pakistan, fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and English, he understands the enormity of relocating to New York, which, with its economic power and cultural richness, continues to draw residents and investors from around the world. 
 

Mr. Shabbir  is a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service to his clients with more than 15 years of experience in the diverse facets of real estate from residential sales & rentals, to office & retail leasing, to commercial building transactions, to R.E.O's & Bank Owned Properties as well as short sales.

Rest assured that you are in good hands as Mr. Shabbir is also a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Asst. with numerous years of experience in property evaluation. He is also a NYC Licensed Home Improvement Sales Person and NYC Licensed Filing Representative and manages his own investment portfolio, as a result he can relate to the needs and goals of other Investors & Property Owners.

In his off time Mr. Shabbir is actively involved as General Secretary of the Pakistani American Community of Long Island a not for profit organization, he also enjoys socializing and spending time with his friends and loved ones.

MARYAM S. SHABBIR - REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION & CLOSING COORDINATOR

Maryam S. Shabbir hails from a distinguished family of  Professional RE Investors, Developers and General Contractors; Maryam not only inherited exposure to real estate but she also has developed a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge, and experience in the industry.

Having also worked in the Mortgage Industry for a number of years, Maryam's in depth knowledge of loan processing and underwriting 

combined with her involvement in dozens of transactions on both the owner and lender side of the business spanning the boom, bust, and recovery makes her an asset to the company. 

She will not only ensure the business details of your purchase or sale transaction run smoothly, her eye for design can help you visualize and execute on the improvements needed to make it truly your own.

Maryam also manages her own portfolio of commercial & residential investment properties.

When not working, Maryam enjoys cooking, travelling, relaxing at home and spending time with her loved ones.
