Mr. Shabbir  is a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service to his clients with more than 15 years of experience in the diverse facets of real estate from residential sales & rentals, to office & retail leasing, to commercial building transactions, to R.E.O's & Bank Owned Properties as well as short sales.

He is also a NYC Licensed Home Improvement Sales Person and NYC Licensed Filing Representative and manages his own investment portfolio, as a result he can relate to the needs and goals of other Investors & Property Owners.

In his off time Mr. Shabbir is actively involved as General Secretary of the Pakistani American Community of Long Island a not for profit organization, he also enjoys socializing and spending time with his friends and loved ones.
