We do Tenant Screening, Credit & Income Checks on all prospective tenants  when you list your rentals with Shabbir Realty Inc.

We prepare Residential Leases for Free for Landlords that lists with us plus we have a Notary Public on staff.

TENANTS

We understand and adhere to all of the laws and regulations regarding the Landlord Tenant Act and the Department of Housing Urban Development. All of our tenants are treated equally and will go through the same process.  We want to make sure that we find you the perfect rental!  We are experienced and will assist and take care of your rental needs.

We do respect and understand that each tenant may have a different financial situation and circumstances that are private and confidential.  All our tenants fill out an application and go through a criminal & credit check to rent a property, upon approval you will receive notification.
